What a Deal!
I love this Zatarain's Rice Mix! The flavor is exceptional! I have cooked it with black beans, with sausage, with shrimp, with duck, and with goose. Cooked by itself, each package will serve 23 cups when cooked! And you're getting 6 packages! What a deal!

It doesn't have directions to make portions though, so if you need that, just find them online!

Very good
I wanted to make a dirty rice for Thanksgiving but not totally from scratch. I used half a bag with 1 to 2 ratio chicken broth. I sauteed 2 onions, green bell pepper, and about 8 stalks of celery and 3 cloves of garlic. I used 1lb ground beef and 1lb Dave 8 sausage. Mixed it all up in I half sheet pan and covered tightly with foil. Cooked for an hour and 20 minutes at 350 degrees. It was so good! It makes a ton of rice!
