Love it !
I love this ear was remover tool as I always had excessive wax in my ears and it would always cause discomfort, impair hearing and sometimes infections. With the traditional cotton swabs the wax is pushed to the bottom of my ear being painful and dangerous.With this swab I can clean my ears safely and very easy, I just put it in my ear, spin it and remove it.I use it once or twice per week and I prefer using it after bath/shower so the wax is soft.

Good idea sadly badly implemented as tips are too short!
On first glance these are a good idea and they SORT OF work. They are soft flexible rubber or silicone and so shouldn't damage your ears and they can screw out some wax.However for me they are far too short to actually reach where the bulk of wax is likely to build up and reduce your hearing. I was almost trying to screw the end of the holder into my head, like a mad Frankenstein's monster. This obviously started to make my outer ear sore, but I was determined as it's not so easy to get a doctor's appointment, even if your GP still offers a wax removal service.I did manage to extract a small amount which may have made a slight hole or dent in the wax. These are at least cheap enough that you might consider trying them for yourself, but if you suffer from wax build up just don't expect too much, which is actually a shame as I think the basic idea is quite good and they are erring on the side of caution to not damage an eardrum, which is maybe understandable. But if they were only a centimeter longer. 😟

Just what I was looking for my ears. I tried to use it and it seems did a job. I can hear better then before.

Softer than earbuds
It’s way softer than earbuds. I think twice about using earbuds after this. I prefer this.

Cheap and nasty
The rubber screws are too soft, it’s hard to fit into your ear properly as the screw just folds and bends. I found myself trying from all angles and still having no success. I have been unable to remove the screw and change it, the diagram said press both sides and push. There’s not a creature in this cosmos who could apply the force needed to do this in such a small area! Screams of being cheap.

Not fit for purpose
The screw tip is too short , the handle to preloaded the ear tip is rough and it scratches my ear when I twisted the ear tip into my ear. My ear is sore from the scratches caused by the handle where insert tip area!Not happy at all.
