Cancellation Turning Signal for Many Japanese and Triumph Models by Replacing 3-pin Relay

This was compact, easy to connect, and perfectly functional. If there was a change I'd want, it would be to make it possible to turn off the turn signal time-out altogether, instead of just changing how long it takes to time out. Having the turn signal just switch off while sitting in the turning lane at a red light isn't ideal.

Item has issues when cold. Occasionally, turn signals will not operate in colder New England temperatures. Also the instructions for changing the flash features appear to be opposite of what’s printed. I can appreciate the intentions of this product, just not executed very well.

Super easy to plug in and get the additional features connected. One bike has the SM1 with marker lights on, one doesn't. The difference in vehicles around me with each is noticeable. Get this... be safe.

Great piece of gear. Simple installation is three wires in the tail section. One to the right signal, one to the left, and one to the brake light positive. There are other functions available with two more connection. I just wanted the signals to shut off after a number of blinks unless I held the brakes on. Which it does, and each off/on cycle of the brakes resets the timer.

Works exactly as advertised. Turns off turn signals after 10, 20 or 30 seconds. Coverts turn signals to running/side marker lights. Flashes turns for a few seconds when braking. Turn signals can be used as emergency flashers or escort flashers. All good stuff bike could not do before.
