Shortcomings
There are a lot of problems that I have with this pair of goggles. I will just list them:1) Fit - the bottom border of the goggles don't rest well against my cheekbones. Consequently, the nose bridge piece can barely rest on my nose. I did try to adjust the goggle around so that the node bridge piece did touch my nose. But in doing so, this causes the bottom part to cut into my cheekbones which felt uncomfortable. Vice versa, if I wanted to lift the chafing from my cheekbones, the nose bridge would not reach my nose. Maybe my face is shaped asymmetrically, but no matter what I did, both sides of the goggles did not press evenly on around my eye sockets (cheekbones).2) Comfort - I thought it would be comfortable to wear but they aren't. I didn't even make it too tight, just a snug fit from the adjustable band around my head. Even so, it felt too tight due to the way the goggles pressed against my face. I had to constantly move them around to find the perfect fit but couldn't find it. Also, the fit that enabled the nose bridge and goggles to actually fit me well actually required that the positioning of the headband be right on top of my ears which turned out to be uncomfortable at least. I tried wrapping the band around my ears but then that caused the nosebridge to really dig into my nasal bone.3) Sweat/fog - The top and bottom portions of the goggles would fill up with my sweat that dripped off my face. It became really unbearable when the sweat began to fog up too.4) Concave lenses? - I am actually not sure what the word should be to describe this issue. But what I'm trying to get at is how my vision started bending around the out edges? idk if i'm making much sense but if you look at this image. It is sorta like what I'm trying to describe: [...]Some of the pros about these goggles is the fact that it does cover large portions of your eye sockets PLUS the bottom part of the goggles will curve towards your face and that prevents fingers from slipping from the bottom.Sport activity: outdoors basketballweather condition: sunny and hotI am definitely returning these.

... / jiu jitsu and I gotta say it works pretty damn well
I use this for BJJ / jiu jitsu and I gotta say it works pretty damn well. It doesn't fog up as my previous basketball goggles, but most importantly it's more impact resistant than any other goggles out there. The black band on the forehead helps to suck up the sweat, so it doesn't run down your brow into your eyes. Overall I'm very pleased with these goggles specifically for BJJ, where occasional and accidental eye pokes and elbows/knees to the face are common.

Too Foggy
I have been playing Field Hockey for five years now (I'm a sophomore in High School) and play on the Varsity Level. Last year almost all of my teammates had these goggles so I figured I would invest in them this year. I rated these goggles 3 stars because they fog up a lot and bother my skin behind my left ear. Although these goggles give me a great view when they're clear, I find myself trying to clear the sweat and fog from them too often throughout practice and games. This is a problem because in games I have to be ready at all times, (especially on varsity) but you can't be ready if you can't see.

great protection for eyes
These are great, I had to get them for my daughter who got hit in the eye playing field hockey. twice needing stitches. the only reason why i did not give it a 5 star rating is that my daughter says they fog up rather quickly - but they are are great eye protectors. best purchase i made for eye protection so far.

They do the job.
My daughter, the field hockey defensive player loves these goggles. They make her look intimidating. They are functional as well. This is our second pair--the first were damaged due to impact with a ball. However, my daughter was protected. And that's the whole point, isn't it?

Clear visions makes it great for field hockey at the high school level
Clear visions makes it great for field hockey at the high school level. Make sure to keep it covered and in its case so it doesnt get scratched. Spray with the same stuff for your windshield for rainy or foggy days of game play. Worth every penny. Much better than the cages.

Great Product!
great product...bought for lacrosse. but I received the product and the buckle on the back of the strap was slightly cracked/broken. But I was able to return it and refunded instantly. I know from others that the product is great. Must have been just a fluke thing.

Great item!
My daughter loves these for lacrosse and her teammates were also impressed. She says there are no blind spots, the sun protection is a huge bonus and it helps that the opposing players can't see her eyes in order to read her intention. The only downside is that the plastic nose piece is hard.
