Indoor Kitchen Steel Compost Bin With Charcoal Filters & Bonus Liners - 1.3 Gallon

We built a compost bin for our back yard so we needed something we could use indoors until we were ready to carry it outside. I started using it the day we got it & it's awesome! It fits right on my counter, came with biodegradable bags & even has charcoal filters in the lid. It has a handle & looks like a mini trash can. It holds a lot as we are a family of 5 and I haven't had to dump it yet. There is absolutely NO smell coming from it & now everyone in my family is using it (not just mom 😊). This had a great price, it's a great product and it arrived on time and in perfect condition. I received an email asking if it arrived & it said if I needed anything to contact them. We've been trying to lower our footprint & I think every house should have one!! You'd be amazed at the things you can compost & it's helped us get down to only 1 bag of trash a week!!

It easily fits under the kitchen sink, the top fits tightly -reducing the possibility of any odors and the handle makes it easy to carry. The price is competitive and it arrived promptly.

Bought this for my vacation home because it looked a lot like the stainless steel bin that I have used for years in my primary home. Within weeks of using this one, though, the bottom began to pit and turn black in spots (see photo). The "biodegradable" bags puncture and leak (it took a mere broccoli stem to put a hole in one, and a carrot top in another). The green bags look awful hanging out from under the covered bin on my counter. I will probably throw this out and keep looking for something better quality.

Comes with everything you need to get started, bags and filters. Great value.If you're new to composting, know that this is only to collect kitchen scraps to go to your "main" compost pile (or bin) outside. It works great for that purpose, and the filters work great to control any smell.

Perfect size to fit on the countertop and gently remind me to compost. Big enough so I don't have to empty it too often. Filters seem to do a good job of blocking odors.

Got our compost bin in the mail today! The order was packaged and sent in no time at all it seems. The compost bin is just what we needed, no more smelly bucket under the counter. The bin is just the right size to sit on the counter by the sink and blends in with my other kitchen implements. I wouldn't try to fit watermelon rinds into it but it fits all of my other produce waste for the garden. It should hold about a weeks worth of kitchen discard. No muss no fuss!

This compost bin is perfect for indoors. I started using it a couple of days ago and have been putting compost in it, there is no odor. It seals well and has a carbon filter, so you can't smell the decomposing scraps. It also looks good on the kitchen counter. Highly recommended.

Really pleased, it fits under the sink perfectly, the lid is easily removed and it holds more than enough to make me happy. Best of all there is absolutely no Oder, I put chicken bones in there for almost a week and you would never know! Great product
