Good find
Works well. Researched so many toasters and hard to choose one bc of all the mixed reviews. Glad we chose this one. Very durable. Easy to clean. The settings are accurate in my opinion. Toasts perfectly according to how you like it. I have tried every setting and they are all good. If one was not easy put it in for more time if needed with zero issues. Easy to clean and store (for me). Love the look of stainless steel even though you have to keep clean if finger prints bother you. Still a clean sleek look. worth the price. Durable and stable enough for countertop.

Great Toaster, Matches Well With Stainless Steel Appliances
I purchased this so it would match my stainless steel appliances. It looks great in our kitchen, and the functionality is great as well. It is easy to clean and has been consistent with the way it toasts things when used at the same setting.

Defrosts frozen bread
Was looking for a replacement for last lovely, but short-lived toaster (Haden brand). This one is great. You can defrost bread without toasting it. Toast is perfect every time. Larger profile on the counter than am used to, but a great toaster just the same.

Love this toaster. It matches my new kitchen appliances. It's easy to keep clean. Toasts bread great, even Texas toast and bagels, frozen waffles and more.

One side darker than the other
Great looking toaster. Simple controls well laid out. When putting in a piece of bread, the sandwich basket holds it securely while it toasts. The reason for only 3 stars is the uneven toasting. One side of the bread is perfect, the other side is 2-3 shades darker. It doesn't matter what setting it's on. One side is always darker. And no, I do not have it on the bagel setting.

Not the best Doesn’t toast bread or bagels evenly on each side !!! Bagel button is really a joke, as both sides toast !!!!
