Good as long as they fit well
These work really well for that newborn phase. As my daughter has grown though, they have started to leak

Good size for small or average newborns, but snap placement not ideal
I loved the convenience of pocket diapers with my first baby so decided to get some newborn pocket diapers for baby #2. In my experience one size pocket diapers fit around 6-8 weeks and ~10lbs, before that they gape at the legs and leak. These pocket diapers are a good solution for those first 8 weeks or so. My only complaint is the snap placement makes no sense. Even when we got home from the hospital and she was only 7lbs, we could only use the two largest snap settings. But neither snap provided a good fit at the legs. I prefer diapers with two snaps on the tabs and an adjustable rise. I tried adding some snaps in between, but it turns out these diapers aren’t made with size 20 kam snaps and wouldn’t stick to the sockets I added. In the photo she is almost 6 weeks old and about 8.5lbs wearing the highest and narrowest snaps. There is a pair of sockets that are wider which will allow a few more weeks of use as she gains more weight. We stuff these diapers with a pad folded flour sack towel- she has a very fluffy bum. We’ve had a few leaks and I’m not sure if its from inadequate absorbancy, leg gape, or the minky PUL. I suspect the latter because the leak came from the back waistband. I still use these quite a bit because they seem comfy and are easy to throw in the diaper bag but I change them more frequently than our other diapers. My favorite newborn diapers turned out to be sigzagor newborn covers with either a pad folded flour sack towel or a home made t shirt fitted. We can reuse the covers quite a few times with fitteds underneath because they keep even her biggest poops contained. We’ve had no leaks ever except one time when I accidentally left the edge of the fitted sticking out and some wicking occurred. That’s what happens when you change a diaper as fast as possible in the dark... so now I prepare for night time changes by laying out a few sigzagor covers with flour sack towels pad folded in them, ready to go. I will also add that we tried some size 2 dandelion prefolds with a snappi and they were overly bulky for my taste and didn’t contain poop as well as a fitted, so now we use them for burp cloths and to stuff the one size diapers.

Small, not versatile, cute design, no inserts
These diapers are super cute and I wanted to love them! They didn't come with inserts so I ordered those separate. Don't expect them to absorb anything without inserts! They only have one snap for the hips/waist whereas most cloth diapers have separate snaps for the hip and waist. It makes the diaper fit awkward. These also already don't fit my baby while all my other newborn size from Alvababy do. She is 8.5 lbs and is a little chunkier. Maybe if she was skinny and long they would fit longer!

*Update*
The diapers leaked horribly for my LO, but after contacting the company, let me tell you, the customer service was spot on. They sent new diapers out to me straight away. They even sent me a diaper pod and a hand written apology letter. Spot on.

Cute but leak
The prints are very cute. I bought these and the recommended inserts before my son was born and waited to use them until my son's circumcision was healed. They fit great and did not cause a lot of bulk under his clothes, but they wicked moisture from the beginning. I tried doubling the inserts; he still out wet the absorbency. I would not recommend for heavy wetters.

So cute
Loved them! Worked great, my daughter wore the sloth one as soon as she got home from the hospital! It was her first cloth diaper!

They are so adorable. Good quality microfleece they And Minky
I couldn’t believe it was them when I saw the tiny bag they came in! They are so adorable. Good quality microfleece And Minky. So soft! I’ve been cloth diapering for a year or so with my toddler and have grown to learn what works best. These seem like they will work great. The PUL looks breathable but has a good lining to the Minky fabric so it doesn’t look Like old PUL or heat damaged at all. I’m also pretty pumped about the scrunchy part inside (my brainforgot what it’s called) I think it will come in handy for the messy movements that come from breast feeding in the first few months. I won’t be able to test them for a couple more months until I deliver but am confident in them. You can even make them a little smaller around the legs or shorter if you will, for a preemie baby. And then there is the button in the middle to prevent the belly button from getting irritated. I’m pumped about these! If the Minky kind weren’t sold out I would immediately order a few more sets right away. ❤️❤️❤️ I’m going to upload a photo for a size comparison for a one size (that we use for my toddler) to the newborn ones. They are so stinking cute.
