So far so good, does not leave brow or lashes crunchy I am really liking it and can tell a difference in thickness of brows and length of lashes.

This does actually work. I use it mainly for my eyebrows and noticed growth within a week. Its also good to keep brows looking groomed and neat. Very good for the price. Only issue was it bothered my eyes a bit when I use it on my lashes.
