flush your money away with these
I'm not sure how I overlooked the horrible, yet truthful reviews on this pair of forceps. It is something that I threw into the trash right out of the envelope. For 3 dollars and change, it isn't worth the hassle to return them, whites what the seller must be counting on to sell this poor quality item. It isn't even as nice as the forceps that come in the single use disposable suture removal kits. The fact that they arrived bent wasn't the worst problem. If you decide to keep them to pick up dead cockroaches from the floor, you will be very disappointed in how poorly they work when they stick together and won't open.

would like to get them replaced since they are not as ...
Speaking from past experience these Adson forceps are not as expected. The colloquial name for Adson forceps is Rat Tooth Forceps becase of three large teeth, two above and one below. These have no teeth and could not be used to suture wounds, which is why I always used Adson Forceps. Mostly unsatisfactory. I am not sure why they, whomever made them to begin with and where ever they are made, were left in this state. would like to get them replaced since they are not as expected.

When you need em, these work great
I've been a paramedic for thirty five years and am also a medical specialist on my state Urban Search and Rescue Team. At times I am required to do more than a "normal" paramedic and one of those skills is minor suturing. I put a small wound suture kit together in a Condor padded wallet pouch and it contains two mosquito forceps, one straight, one curved, two Kelly clamps, one straight, one curved, a mayo needle holder, two tissue forceps, and two pairs of operating scissors. Add some sutures and cleaning agents with some steri strips and I'm good to go. It takes up little room and all my instruments and other needed materials are in one spot.

Nice
The product arrived in a sterile package, which wasn't what I was expecting for the price (no sure if it was stated in the description). The teeth fit nicely together and hold tissue very well. Seller had them to me very fast. I would buy them again.

Perfect item for home and garden.
I have a garden of consumables and do not want to use chemicals to control garden pests. I use the forceps to remove caterpillars on my plants. The forceps make removal easy and the teeth on the forceps ensure a quick way to keep the plants pest free.

Cheap metal, looks better than it actually is
Shoddily made in Pakistan from pot metal, not stainless steel. Not useful at all.

Not what was pictured.
The product pictured is not what I received. I am actually quite unhappy with this purchase. I thought I was going to receive a pair of forceps that I could use on a top layer of skin. Instead I received what would be more appropriate for deeper layers of tissue.

very poor quality
I cant use it to grasp a suture, very poor quality and already showing signs of fading away, I dont think this is a real steel.
