Also while some of the reviews complain there are plastic components, show me a coffee maker that doesn’t (excluding a French press since anyone buying this is clearly looking for an automatic machine). There is no more plastic on this machine then any of the other similar products on the market. If you want an automatically brewed quality cup of coffee, then this is the machine to invest in.

This coffee maker exceeded my expectations. This is the worst electric coffee maker I have ever owned. Don’t waste your money. It never gives the amount of coffee for the amount of water put in. There is always one cup of water left that never makes it to the brewing basket.Today the metal handle broke off. The turn on button sometimes goes off in the middle of brewing coffee.
