Would not work properly with apple ear buds or generic ear buds. Music would stop playing or cut in and out when ipod was in my pocket. Also had the sane issue not in my pocket. Walking listening to music, all of a sudden, the volume turned all the way up and I could not adjust the volume at all. Volume button stopped working. The return process for this apple product needs to be improved. Was told UPS would pick up the return at my home address and would make 3 attempts. We'll that didn't happen as stated. The update said that they made one attempt and no one was home. The driver didn't show on my ring camera so the update was incorrect. I had to find a UPS location and return it myself. I purchased this on Amazon so the return should follow the Amazon return process which works great! I will never purchase an apple product on Amazon again.
