Review: Love love love - I Looooove these! I’m sure I could have found something cheaper maybe? But I really wanted the cream with gold handles to match my kitchen and I’m not disappointed! I had one frying pan that was GreenPan ceramic. So when it came time to look for pans I only wanted GreenPan. These pans are a great quality pan but not so heavy that you couldn’t pick up and pour with one hand. The heat distributes evenly. I have a gas stove so the bottom does have some scratching but that is to be expected with my cast iron grates. I hand wash my pans but I believe it does say they can go in the dishwasher. But they are soooo easy to clean. Nothing sticks. I love that this set comes with the nesting pan protectors and a cleaning sponge. I haven’t bought a pan set in over 20 years but I do feel these are a great value for the price.

I Looooove these! I’m sure I could have found something cheaper maybe? But I really wanted the cream with gold handles to match my kitchen and I’m not disappointed! I had one frying pan that was GreenPan ceramic. So when it came time to look for pans I only wanted GreenPan. These pans are a great quality pan but not so heavy that you couldn’t pick up and pour with one hand. The heat distributes evenly. I have a gas stove so the bottom does have some scratching but that is to be expected with my cast iron grates. I hand wash my pans but I believe it does say they can go in the dishwasher. Don’t waste your money!!! The after sales service is as bad as the product itself. I left one star because cooking on ceramic is really great and nothing sticks. This being said, our Greenpan pots and pan scratched very easily and i could see scuffs after only 2 months of usage. Please note that the pans are stored in a way that they do not touch each other, we are only 2 people using them and took great care of them. The coating process must just be of very poor quality. I reached out to their service department with details about the issue and pictures and received a canned response from their automated system within minutes, pushing back agains my request to replace the product. I tried calling the customer support line but got nowhere. I ended up frustrated and gave up. Shame on you Greepan!!
