The product as such is good. The chair is comfortable. But assembling was a pain. The screws which fits the back to the base of the chair dint align at all. It got stuck and I was unable to remove it either. I had to buy an Allen key set and pull the screws out. I literallyshoved in the screws using the Allen key and now it seems to have fit.Pros:The chair is heavy and doesn’t look cheap.I like the lumbar supportCons:The latch for locking the push back functionality is not as smooth as I expected. I won't say it a very good product and value for your money. Quality of plastic is just average. I struggled in its installation as the 3 screws which connects back with the seat were not fitting. I had to apply additional washer and nuts to tighten it. Hand rest is of just plastic material and it's not cushioned. So it's not much comfortable. The silver strip at the back is of plastic and doesn't have good finishing. Manufacturer didn't provided installation service and had to face challenges.

The product was delivered on time. But, the parts in the base are damaged and rusty.I have self-assembled many products (chairs and desks) while in the US, so I am not new to the process. But assembling this product was incredibly hard.After just a week now, the height adjustment is not working. I cannot tilt or adjust the backrest and seat. The backrest wobbles. Very disappoitted and definitely not worth the money.

I have purchased this chair, it has simple installation process. You will get all the required tools free along with the chair. Initially I face some difficulty while assembling it, then I called on the number given in instruction manual. On the next day the Manufacturers send me their engineer to fix this. I am an Advocate by profession and I strongly recommend this product after 6 month of usage. Nice Product, Very comfortable while long sitting, Great after sales service. Overall Great Deal. I have just started using this but seems sturdy and comfortable chair. However instructions to assemble has to be more clear. The images are not understandable or free assembling facilities need to be provided. Delivery from Amazon was excellent. Received on the third day itself.

Chair is Very Good But the Backrest is not as per expectation, So taken it to Welding guy to fold it some more & now it's working as per expectation.

Don’t waste your time and energy in buying and returning this product. 1. Worst quality. Materials were rusted. 2. Out of 5 wheels only 3 were touching floor other 2 were hanging in air 3. Cushion were stapled no stitches. 4. It was like second hand used product. I did not even waste my time to assemble it. Simply returned it and got refund. Don’t waste your time even looking at this product. Looking at the quality of this chair I can easily judge all product from this vendor will be similar quality. One good thing is Amazon refunded the full amount within 2 hours. That was awesome.

Back rest fixing holes are not matching, we have to use a smaller bolt to match hole, due to improper packing one bolt has pierced the seat cloth if they take care these things chair is good for this price.
