Direction: waffles: mix 400 gms of premix with 358 gms of 6% fat milk, 90 gms of vegetable oil & 280-300 gms of water. Whip/mix well before use. Make sure the batter is smooth & without any lumps. Preheat waffle maker to 200 degrees. For best results, cook for 5 min at 200 degrees. pancakes: mix 400 gms of premix with 358 gms of milk, 120 gms of sugar & 280-300 gms of water. Yummiest multigrain waffles
The best and yummiest multigrain waffle one can have at home!! Guilt free!! . You got to try it. Just a point for Chef Manish to note.. I have to add extra vanilla essence because somehow I feel it's a little less flavoured.Easy to make in my waffle iron. Prepare a nice warm cuppa coffee and your waffle is ready !

Not at all good, very costly, end product is very soggy... not justifying the price of the product, this is the costliest waffle premix on amazon. Other waffles are 200 or 300 rs kg but this one cost 540 rs kg and then tasteless, do not buy this

Tried the sweet version and it was very crispy and good in taste. However the only issue is one needs to use 6% FAT milk to get the desired crispness.

Made pancakes... Yum!
I do not have a waffle maker.. So i made pancakes instead. The recipe was given at the back. They turned out great! Try them with maple syrup.
