Specifications and Dimensions All wire mesh is made from 304L (Low carbon 304) Stainless Steel, except the 400 mesh, which is made from 316 Stainless Steel. Mesh count is the number of wires per inch, all our stock is square mesh with the same mesh count in both directions. Nominal Aperture is the average hole size.

Arrived covered in oil stains and burn marks
Screen arrived covered in oil stains and has two lines that look like burn marks. Completely unusable in this condition.

My order arrived clean and ready 4 use
I did wash before use but it was clean when it arrived.I use this screen for straining oil from my fryer and it worked flawlessly. I cut a circle slightly bigger in diameter then the inside diameter of my funnel. Then it wedges itself into place. I wish I took a picture of all the debris it caught but the oil was remarkably clean and boy did it collect alot of debris. I wish they made a simple filter screen this size to collect very small particals but they don't. Anyone can make this because u can actually cut this screen with scissors. Im a lefty and have a hard time cutting with scissors so if I can cut this (with scissors) anyone can. Like this says it 30% holes so its very fine and collects very small particles to keeo ur oil clean before storage in freezer.
