This product is really useful. My wife is a Diabetic nuropathy patient. When I failed to cure her with other prescribed medicine, my son residing at Mumbai sent me this medicine for her ailing mother , and I found significant improvement. She now able to do her household works..

Using this for more than 2 months. Nothing special. If you take the recommended quality then it does nothing to reduce the blood sugar. I am taking almost 40ml per serving to have minimal effect on sugar lowering action. Better go for Giloy and Karela jamun juice. Giloy will work tremendously if you take 30ml trice daily.
