Waterwise 9000 6-Pack Filter Cups and Kleenwise Combo Pack

I got this with a water distiller because I have tons of calcium(Lyme) in the water. It does work, so that I don't have to scrub a hole in the bottom of the pot(that would reek...it cost too much, but the metal in the bottom is tin I think). It took overnighting it. It helps if you do it when it first starts building up...weekly. I haven't had to mix it thicker than the directions, but I use less because it is just for the bottom if a distiller pitcher. I also used it as an experiment to see if I could save a cheap coffee maker...ran in through some, let it sit overnight, ran it some more, let it sit overnight..then ran it on through. It worked. I got a little more life out of the coffee maker. Going to try it on the Kerig soon, it has slowed(even after using only distilled water in it)

Kleenwise cleaned the distiller perfectly and the filter cups restored the taste of the water to the way it tasted when i purchased the unit.

I am very satisfied with Waterwise. I have been using the system for many years.
