Nevve Np-103 Steam Vaporizer And Facial Steamer/Machine - Purple

I am sorry to say that I have been highly disappointed by this product, the price of which is Rs: 1950/-, but actually not at all worth even for a few hundred rupees. None of the parts got fit with each other, as a result of which no steam comes out from the product even after 3 minutes. Not only that, but every fitting accessory is also shaky without getting fit with each other, and thereby causing endangering to the life of the customer who uses this product. When I looked into the option to return the product, I was again disappointed that no such return provision is there for this product. When I contacted the seller number, given in the Nevve Product, the seller did not know English, as a result of which they were not able to answer my queries. I have purchased so many products from Amazon. This is the only product that made me to think bad about online trading. The Amazon authority should make it compulsory to mention the point as to whether the product is returnable or not, in the product opening page in Amazon Portal itself, and that the Amazon should throw away this kind of unworthy and unreliable product from it's portal, in the event of not mentioning its " Non-Returnable Policy" in its marketing page in Amazon Portal.

Good quality, sturdy. appliance body doesn't heat up when switched on, but you get a good amount of steam. Best used with the big broad attachment which is for the whole face. the other one is not so great to use. also the measure glass and vapour filter don't really seem useful. Could have avoided creating these additional plastic parts. I wondered why the price is so much higher than the other steamers costing between 250-500, but upon using you see there is a definite difference in quality. still these are a little overpriced, 600-700 would be a good deal.

It takes a long time for the steamer to get it ready approx 4 to 6mins . Plus the quantity of steam output is very less. Build quality is good and durable.

Excellent product .. optimum steam at medium (1) and high steam at (2). I'll request everyone not to write a silly review before understanding functioning of the product. With 50ml of water we 2 persons use it for steam inhaling for 10mins each and still 50% water remains everytime.Extremely good product, go for it guys and thanks again Amazon for on time delivery and excellent packaging.

Very good product however i want to share this info that water tank is very very small. Its only 50ml capacity which will vanish soon. Steam generation is fine. Its good quality and classy. Over all good experience.Seller should mention water capacity very clearly in product description for better clarity.

This does not come with a plug which can connect to the electric point.have to purchase a plug and then fix and use the product.
