These silicon heel covers are effective. They keep the moisture locked in while I wear all sorts of shoes and other footwear. My feet had damage from wearing hard soled climbing shoes and trekking shoes and I haven't been able to get rid of the callouses and cracks. Creams help but wearing shoes again makes the progress slower.These insoles are unobtrusive and easy to pull on. They're comfortable when on my slightly chubby ankles and they don't smell after day long wear. Use them while working to avoid cracks and overnight with foot creams to heal.

The item was shipped on time.Great comfort and softness on offer.initially felt a big squishy due to very high softness. but got used to it and was able to use it inside my shoes comfortably.Also used it without shoes and it provided support on the slippery floor i generally walk on.Overall a good product.
