Very poor quality....the insulation covering came off within a few days
Quality is very poor. The insulation came off after only few days of use.

CHarging doesnot start immediately
After I keep the flex device in the charger it does not start immediately. I have to tap multiple times and adjust multiple times to get it started. Once started it works fine. I am still not able to find on what action it is starting

Good Replacement Charge Cable
My original charge cable stopped functioning, so I purchased this one. It was a good price, does what it’s meant to do, and has held up over time. I would purchase again if needed.

does exactly as you want it to - charges a flex fit bit. I was tempted to buy a cheaper one but reviews suggested not to. Thought it was quite expensive for what it was though, that's why 4 stars

The genuine article
Had previously had trouble with cheap, non-Fitbit charger that stopped working. Problem was solved immediately when I used this authentic Fitbit charger. Worth buying the real thing!
