This is the best Indian brand soy sauce yet
The sauce has a very rich and complex flavour and is perfectly salted. Being a light soy sauce, it doesn't change the colour of the food but still adds the soy sauce flavour, so it is perfect for making fried rice, green curry, ma po tofu. Very impressed with this soy sauce overall.My only complaint is the bottle and packaging design should be of higher quality. A glass bottle with a professionally designed label will represent this product more fairly than the current packaging.I would also like to encourage the makers of this sauce to introduce more soy sauce products such as longer fermented sauces, teriyaki, tamari, shiro

White sedimentation and spoiled smell
It used to be my goto brand for soy but the latest one i ordered has a spoiled smell and some white sedimentation at the bottom. Throwing out the bottle. I hope its just a bad batch.

White substance formed in the sauce
There is some white substance formed in the bottom of the bottle. Opened 2 weeks ago, used once and stored in the refrigerator. Not sure what the problem is as I bought the dark soy sauce too from the same brand and it seems to have no issues.

Light soy sauce!
Wonderful for noodles, stir fries etc where u don't want the darker color or tartness of thick soy sauce. Keeps quite well in shelf after opening. Have been using it about 3 months now.

Don't Expect Japanese Flavour
Decently packed bottle. Surely it's fermented soya sauce but it's not the Japanese or korean flavor you are looking forward to. I read the review of it's amazing flavor along with sushi but sadly it doesn't touch that taste anywhere though it must be good for cooking Chinese cuisine because of the fermented flavor.

Genuine taste
Very good soya sauce with genuine taste. In fact, the best one I had in India so far. The only downside is that it's a bit weak, almost watered down, so you need to use a lot of it.
