I had problems with this product on the magenta cold and Amazon notified the company and after seeing what the printer was doing they replaced the carriage and things seemed ok. I reordered a new set and two blacks. I few weeks ago I put in my second black (which was still securely wrapped. Today all the Colors were fine but the black was like it was runningBy out. The presenter stated that I had 91 percent of toner left. I tried a dark blue, dark green and all was fine. I had a Ltd of printing to do and the black had gone down some in toner so I knew that the toner was ok. It is my my printer as red, yellow and red print just fine. While this product in my expensive it is not worth the hassle. It is better to go with a better brand.

please beware of this companys toners. i started to have issues with the cyan and magneta colors. when installed they would show " incompatible"and i would have to have them replaced. this last time i had the same problem with the magneta, instead of sending me a replacement.they chose to send a new chip for the toner. well i installed the chip and decided to just try it out. well it fried my wonderful printer. i started to get exit paper jams in the area and i smelled paper burning. i would remove the paper and it happened everytime. i noticed heavy deposits of the magneta material on the roller.it cost me a perfectly working printer. so beware!

I have only used the M Cartridge thus far and it has worked perfectly. I don't assume there will be any issues with the other three cartridges but will not change them out until the existing cartridges are empty. The price is right and the packaging is nice. I would like to return the originals for recycling but no return label was included.

Horrible quality. The toner does not give even coverage, and the printed sheets (straight text, images, mixed) come out quite dirty from loose toner. I tried cleaning the individual drums for each cartridge, but it didn't help. I will never buy from this seller again.

First off, let me start off by saying I have already stored Toner Tap Compatibles as a bookmark in all of my browsers. When I first decided to purchase a non-Samsung brand toner I was concerned that the quality of the toner would be subpar. Boy was I wrong! My Toner Tap Compatibles purchase was worth every dollar I spent plus all the hundreds of dollars I saved. I'm tempted to erase this review because it may jeapordize my future savings but I'm going to press send and consider this my good deed for the year.

There is nothing wrong with these cartridges so far as I can tell. I should probably have given them 5 starts but its tough to get me excited about toner cartridges.

Does not last long. It must be the printer as OEM Samsung does not last. I replace my printer with same model W/ 2 yr warranty and new cartridgescheaper than these replacement cartridges.

Worked perfectly. Well- packaged. I was afraid of horror stories about 3rd-party cartridges, but these are first rate and every bit as good as the original Samsung.
