Its not waterproof hardly showerproof, I know about fabrics and this has little or no pu coating! Very dissapointed with overall size it may just about be 4 x 3 corner to corner but comes nowhere near that across middle in fact 3m width doesnt even cover the patio that measure 2.6m! Some of the seam sewing not too good either. All in all 2 out of 10 and thats being generous.

Not fully water resistant water makes it through eventually if you allow it to puddle

Bought to provide shade on deck, but it is in Scotland and the suns gone away. Will be installed so it’s position will be changeable, covering different locations of deck and giving Different degrees of shade.UPDATE 3/8/20 First wet period, Short showers and not water proof.

I was a bit uncertain when ordering this sail because it didn't seem to be as expensive as other sails I'd looked at, however when received I was very pleased with it. It is good quality thick material and well made. We already had the clips ready for the metal loops to go onto so it was fitted in no time. We use bungee ropes to stretch it to our other 2 clips so fits perfectly and gives perfect shade to the patio outside bi-fold windows. Would definitely recommend.

This sail/sun shade is brilliant.Very good quality.I installed it the moment it arrived (very speedy delivery) It took only a very short time,about half an hour .It looks superb ,great colour (sand) it’s very easy to install.We sat out in the garden most of the day under the sail in the shade it provided.Lovely day .

I bought this to shade a small area of my patio and it does a great job. Very well made and it's passed the test this summer. I've put it away for the winter now and will bring it out again during the summer of 2020.

Watch the sizes as they are corner to corner,the 8 x 10 foot becomes 6 x 8 foot.

Unfortunately, a waterproof product just filled with water and sagged below head height. There has been heavy rain, admittedly, but we have had to remove the sail and replace it with a knitted one which is much better.
