According to the price per ounce, there should be 144 ounces. That means there should be 12 boxes of snacks each containing 12 individual serving packs. If you only get one, I would contact customer service. Maybe someone in shipping didn't know and opened the package instead of sending the whole carton of 12 packages. That happened to me once with a different product and they just sent the rest after I let them know.
