These scales are a nice idea, but they are somewhat temperamental. Sometimes it will connect sometimes it won't. That is bluetooth for you. The batteries can come out of the base of the scales if you get on or off the scales without some care. Despite the scales looking good, the battery compartment is poorly fitted. These scales would be excellent if they had a redsign. A nice idea that needs a bit of work.I have revised my rating upward. The company contacted me, sent me a replacement, which work fine. The battery compartment is still a bit loosely fitted, but they have contacted their manufacturer and it looks like future versions will have a better battery compartment. Care stepping on or off the scales will not dislodge the batteries.The app that the device uses is good. It has a lot of information and also a graphical representation of the changes. I think it is important to weigh yourself when full and when empty in order to give yourself a high and a low of your current weight. So, weigh yourself a couple of times a day. The range allows you to determine the general trajectory of all the factors this app deals with. This is what I like about these scales. The comprehensive nature of them is very informative. This encourages you to weigh yourself regularly, and the act of doing so will alone help your health.I would give these a chance. The company are ambitious, want to do well, they are responsive to criticism, and they do have the potential for a great product. A few tweaks and it would be five stars.My new scales work fine with the caveats I mention above. The usefulness of the app and scales is 5 stars.

Returning as fault with the machine. When it arrived it already had batteries in it, and a spare set. I thought was odd as the batteries in it didn’t work. Switched to the new ones and it worked. One week later, I do my weekly weightin and the machine doesn’t work. Batteries dead! Clearly this was returned before for the same fault and they re sold! Be careful buying from this seller, very dishonest I’m my opinion..

Initially these worked really well, however after about 4 weeks I keep having to change the batteries every few days for them to work, which is very expensive and clearly not sustainable.I will be investing in a more expensive Bluetooth bathroom scale in the hope they actually work! I love the idea of these scales but the ones I got just don’t work properly.

This machine eats batteries for breakfast every day. I wanted to weigh myself every week, but had to change the 3 batteries every single week. The cost of 3 batteries for each single time I weigh myself became too much, so now I have to remove batteries after every use, which started to get very annoying. As a result, I rarely use it now.Apart from that critical fault, the machine is actually pretty good with a very useful app. If you can afford to buy new batteries every day...

good scale that measures your weight accurately and body fat, can connect to app which is also a plus, so you don't have to remember what your previous measurement is, this is also gives a good indicator for people who are looking to lose weight.This would be perfect if the scale can be charged by USB

the scales are OK, they work with the app sometimes, can be frustrating getting on and off the scales while it tries to connect. by far the biggest issue is that it destroys batteries! they take 3 batteries and if you leave them in the scales and go back a week later they are dead which means inserting batteries, weighing yourself and then taking the batteries out again is the only way it can work!!!! Also the LED display started to fail with in a couple of weeks, eventually I had to try and guess what the display should actually say! generally poor quality.

Very good scale, light weight and good design. Brilliant customer service as I had a problem with the accuracy and wrote a review regarding it, was contacted shortly by the seller and they have suggested to calibrate the scale ( step on the scale, as soon as it shows data immediately step off the scale, the display screen then should show 0:0 kg/lbs, when the display screen turns dark again the scale should be calibrated, will give accurate readings and you can then use it as usual) I tried this method and it worked for me.Very happy with this purchase and more pleased with the very reliable and polite customer service. Totally recommended!

These were very easy to setup and sync. Downloaded required app and off you go.Battery is very good and they auto turn on when you stand on them. When you weigh yourself it notifies the app and asks you to register the reading.That’s it, simple. They also have a good weight to them making them feel of a good quality and build which they are.
