It is a good book for SSC examinations. The notes written by some student of coaching has been copied as it is. You can see that in the attachment.I have purchased it @ 270 rupees.The printed price of the book is 350 rupees.Pros-1. The book covers almost every topic related to SSC (CGL, CHSL etc). Hence it is also useful for Bank and other examinations.2. The questions are of moderate to difficult level. Hence you will not find the level of questions in any SSC maths paper much higher than the level of this book.3. So many shortcut formula have been given which will enhance your speed. (Don't worry regarding fundamentals as you don't need them much because most of the examinations require speed and correct answers which you will easily get with the formulae given).4. A huge number of solved questions have been given. They are solved with such shortcuts that you will be overjoyed if you could understand how those short methods are applied. This will enhance your capacity of questions solving with great accuracy and speed.5. A huge variety of questions is covered. So after completing this book, you can directly go for practice. No need to do any other book after this one. Almost all type of questions are covered.Cons-1. No explanation of the formulae is given. Some people want the explanation at any cost. So this book is useless for them.2. Simple problems are not provided. Hence this book is not for the beginners. You need to have a good basic knowledge first. Then only you should go for this book.3. The theory is also not given. Direct formula and questions have been given. Again basic knowledge of theory is a must. Otherwise, you will not be able to understand sophisticated terms used in the book.4. Not much language has been used in problem-solving. Direct shortcuts are mostly used. (but that is what we want for the examination, isn't it?)Final comments- You should definitely do this book at least once but before going for this book, make your basics very strong. This book is a must buy for conquering the Quantitative Section of the SSC competitive exam. Let me explain that in bullet points :-PROS:1-All major standard types are covered using a cutting-edge approach that greatly SAVES ON TIME while solving questions.2- Well framed and lucid explanation. Easy to understand - no jargons.3- Even if you are not a student of Rakesh Yadav, you can easily understand the concepts.4- Book is sufficient for getting conceptual clarity of the subject for even Mains level.CONS:1- Not really cons, but don't treat this book for practice. Use it to clear concepts once then move onto some book for extensive practice.I must say that this book has played a pivotal role in my selection.All the best.

Very good product

The product which I got from 'Universal Book Showroom' is in very good rather in mint condition, There were few scratches on packaging but product itself was safe and in thin polythene cover.So super good product delivery and packaging.About content of this book.Well name says it all. It's worthy.About product: THIS book literally has XEROX pages, so it's sad to see but it's fine considering valuable content in it.After all they also want profit to feed their kids, Don't they? 😂😉

Not for beginners, best for people already proficient in Mathematics.

I bought English medium book on 29th sep.Amazon delivered the same on 3rd oct.Coming to the book review:1.It is not for beginners2.Concepts are not explained but there are many shortcuts3.Many problems are solved including difficult problems in simple shortcut way4.Geometry part does contain questions rather it has only answers.5.It takes time to complete the whole book.6.Some answers are explained in hindi language.Good for those who already have conceptual clarity but lacking in shortcuts

It has very interesting concepts which will help you to prepare any kind of exams

Methods described in the book are very useful for exam. But you have to follow rakesh yadav readers and unacademy videos of Dhiraj Chauhan to understand the concepts first. Also the practice exercises are not given in the book. You again have to purchase rakesh yadav 7300 for this purpose. Buy it if you have 7-8 months in your hand for preparation.
