As advertised, they are stickers. I may have enjoyed them for awhile for holiday fun, however I was not warned that I may be cutting right into the stickers while trying to get them out of the packaging :(. Cute idea, but be EXTRA careful when removing them from the package!

Good for men
Works well and the instructions show you how it should be placed. My boyfriend benefits from this more than I do since I always have my back to the lid. Still, it's nice to know it's there.
