This is a excellent product in all regards. I have been searching for some pocket friendly tool to keep my dog safe and this one fits all my needs.I would like to suggest two very important improvement: Enabling the scanner to be able to send his/her phone number while entering the PIN and code. That way I can reach out to them by my own instead of them looking through the profile, dialing the number, etc. Some folks might not call assuming the owner would be reaching out to this.Also, a small pop up while the finder presses 'Notify Emergency Contacts' saying how important it is to notify the owner about the location (people might freak out about giving location access otherwise).Overall, your pet is much better off having this than having nothing.

It's ideal & a must for every pet. You can easily set up your pets profile online once you enter the PIN & ID from the tag by scanning the QR

Easiest way got a good Samaritan to help return your pet back to you. Chips mean having to get it read at a vet; this just requires someone to scan it with their phone and all the needed info is there to help them return your pet to you.The QR code works with any scanner, which is nice. It also allows you to go to the website and update/add pet information, which we love since our puppy is constantly changing and we are always updating his info.
