Not as per expectation and advertisement.
The advertising is very misleading. It is a very delicate and the grass reeds are brittle. The life of the mat is not going to be long. I don’t find it useful for dynamic exercises. Not value for money.The mat is very good for sitting and meditation asanas but not for dynamic and heavy exercises.
