Hi this is a very good product under Rs249 and also have FREE cash on delivery. It is very useful for CNC machine and science projects. I really loved it. Below are some feature and brief description about it.BRIEF DESCRIPTION:-The L293D Motor Shield is a very useful shield with standard components. It contains two L293D motor drivers and one 74HC595 shift register. The shift register expands 3 pins of the Arduino to 8 pins to control the direction for the motor drivers. The output enable of the L293D is directly connected to PWM outputs of the Arduino. 2 connections for 5V 'hobby' servos connected to the Arduino's high-resolution dedicated timer: no jitter! 4 H-Bridges: L293D chipset provides 0.6A per bridge (1.2A peak) with thermal shutdown protection, internal kickback protection diodes. Can run motors on 4.5VDC to 25VDC. Up to 4 bi-directional DC motors with individual 8-bit speed selection (so, about 0.5 percent resolution) Up to 2 stepper motors (unipolar or bipolar) with single coil, double coil or interleaved stepping. Buy with confidence
I had issues in the beginning to make it work. I had made a return request though canceled it and found the product very useful. In this price one is getting a motor shield which can control 4 DC motors. Use is with Adafruit libary v1.0 and it works flawlessly. It took me some time but it was worth it. Thanks to seller for a good return policy though having a documentation could have prompted me to give 5 star.

Works fine
Cheap knockoff of the Adafruit Motor Shield for Arduino. However, works fine. Be sure to download the Adafruit driver library and install it before using the shield.Also, I would have loved it if they had provided pins on the upward side to connect with the Arduino. For example, if you have to plug something into the Tx/Rx pins of the Arduino after connecting the motor shield, you will have to solder it atop the motor shield solder contacts.

Working very nice but pins are not exactly in their places as ...
Working very nice but pins are not exactly in their places as i was trying to insert the shield on the uno r3. But overall nice. Packing is awesome pins were safely secured with some foam.

Awesome and great product....
Awesome product. I used this l293d motor controller for my Arduino CNC plotter. I don't know what is the problem but, my plotter is not working properly. It just scratches something.....

Cheapest one on amazon i guess.But works as good as all others.Good for robotics projects...
