Very good headphones but Do Not Buy
I'll keep it short.Music quality - very good, batter than Bose Quiet comfort 35Comfort - Weighs a bit more than Bose etc, but has metal parts compared to all plastic in other brandsNoise Cancellation - DecentWhy not to buy - My headphones started causing trouble during pairing after 1.5 years, finally they stopped working at all after a water spill on a table where they were lying. Now I can't find one place who provides customer support or repair facility beyond the warranty period. The px is just lying like a dud now in one of my cupboards. True loss. Also spare ear cups are not available on Amazon or in India.

Sounds amazing !!
Amazing sound quality! Stylish and worth the buy. Though it was tight initially I got used to it and it feels pretty comfortable. I’d rather prefer this. Sounds the best without NC

Decent ANC Headphones for short term use.
Great design, but they’re very uncomfortable when you’re wearing them for long. Sound quality is much better when ANC is turned off.

Audiophile grade headphone with AptX HD
Audiophile grade sound. Looks classy. Excellent battery life. Bluetooth connectivity is hassle free. It's solid built to last. But a bit heavy. Comfortable in long wear. Tested on flight, the sound is so loud, there is no need to switch on noise cancelling.

almost there...
typical b&w fare only gripe is the heaviness which makes it uncomfortable when used for long listening sessions!

Great product
I love music so headphone, this one B&W PX, is my Fav headphone, I also have bose Q35, but b&w px is the best in terms of sound quality, feature, leather quality & overall finishing of the product is just awesome. This product is quite cheap in londonMy suggestion to all is try to buy it out from your family or friends through UK (United Kingdom)I bought it for Rs. 25000

Heavier than expected, but sound quality is worth the price.
I'll keep it as brief as I can and also try to address some of the points raised in other reviews:Sound - is fantastic, I owned a pair of p3s and these have a bigger soundscape (due to the larer drivers I think?) warm and natural with plenty of texture and precision. Acoustic/rock/classical music sound incredible.Active Isolation - As good as my Wired Bose Quiet Comforts, it does affect the overall sound quality, so use the active isolation only when you need to. The additional environment 'pass-through' settings are very useful. Office - allows you to hear nearby conversations etc. City - You can hear nearby traffic and crowds. Plane - knocks out everything. One additional note is that I found the Pxs have a natural amount of passthrough when making calls - minimising the YEAH, I'M JUST ON MY WAY NOW...WHAT? YEAH IT WAS CRAP scenarios.Build - Oozes quality, leather ear pads will soften nicely a little after wearing for a few days. Hinges and headband look and feel very well made. Would've liked a hard case included, but the soft one looks pretty classy.Fit/ weight - Some reviewers complained about the the fit after a few hours, I had a little ache on the top of my head (I have a little ridge at the top of my skull), I just loosened the fit and not had the problem since. Would've like the headband cushion to be a little bigger and softer - I have a pair of beyerdynamic DT770 Pros which have a better headband imho.Ease of Use - iOS app installed and updated the firmwear on my Pxs in about 15 minutes (no fuss at all). Controls responded as expected, nice and responsive. Auto power off and mute etc is handy - you might need to choose one of the 3 settings for it to behave predictably on your head - no biggy.

Great headphones, but recent app and firmware updates have been detrimental.
Matters considered before I bought these headphones were sound quality, noise reduction, battery life, bluetooth and bulk. My research showed that these phones were expensive, but the reviews put them streets ahead on sound quality and battery life, very good at noise reduction. The downside was that they are rather bulkier than my ideal (I would have preferred ear-buds). However, weighing up the compromises, these headphones were clearly the only buy to get anywhere near my requirements. They are by any reading expensive (though not bad value for money!), but I made a good saving by purchasing a damaged box "as new" set from Amazon Warehouse. I have since found that similar savings can be made on the B&W website too. From first use, it was clear that these PX 'phones well exceeded my expectations - they were even slightly smaller than I had feared! As a bonus, the Bluetooth system worked incredibly well, and the 'phones would connect rapidly and tenaciously to my devices. It was even pretty good at deciding which device I wanted it to connect to when both were available.Particularly impressive to me was the noise reduction (which I am told is not quite the best available, but it works very well for me!) When in "flight" mode (full noise reduction) I find that I can listen to stuff on my phone with less background noise than using ear-buds under a pair of ear-defenders! I now use them when out on my lawn tractor, or when using other tools that would normally require he use of ear-defenders! This demonstrates excellent noise suppression plus an impressive level of sealing between the 'phones and my head (although moving my head, or even moving my jaw slightly, can cause a little more noise to bleed in from the outside. Nonetheless, these 'phones generally seal better than anything else I've ever tried. When flying, they are similarly impressive. Background noise is significantly reduced, and on a recent trip from London to Denver I was actually unable to tell when passenger announcement were in progress unless I relied on visual cues inside the cabin. (Yes, there is a mode that will help you hear announcements, but the overall experience on a plane is not nearly as pleasant as full flight mode!Battery life is reported as around 22 hours, but I've never dared try to achieve this - I tend to recharge after some 10-15 hours on the basis that nothing could last so long without being charged! Even when use is heavy (like when I'm travelling, I get at least 3-days use before I chicken out and re-charge again. More than adequate, and better than I had expected. The only criticisms I was able to come up with when I got them were:-* The soft bag that comes with the 'phones is bulky whilst offering little actual protection. I also has holes in the bottom corners, making it far too easy to lose any small accessories or cables placed in the bag. (I now never put In anything but the 'phones themselves). Disappointing given the price of the package.* the permitted swivel range of the earpieces seems designed, perversely, to encourage wearing the 'phones back-to-front. Worn properly, with the controls on the rear of edge of the RH earpiece, and wearing the 'phones "at rest" around the neck, the earpieces do not swivel quite far enough for comfort - they will not sit flat against the chest. Turning the 'phones around does put the earpieces flat on the chest (which is more comfortable, but makes a nonsense of everything else!). I don't know the design rationale, but to the user it's a little annoying! There is an app (iPhone and Android, I believe, though I've only ever tried the iPhone version) to change settings on the 'phones.. This, sadly, lets the side down a little. It looks nice, but in practice is a little clunky to use. The first complaint here is that it is not actually very good at connecting to the PX 'phones. It seems to take a minimum 20 secs to connect, and it may take longer, or even not connect at all until one has gone back the device's bluetooth configuration. It is particularly annoying that you have to go through this process every time you turn to the PX app screen, however brief the time since you last looked at it. The App seems to make no attempt to remember which device it was connected to last time! This is beyond annoying, and to me verges on unacceptably bad given the quality and price of the PX product! One parameter the app controls is the 'phones' sensitivity to having either or both earpieces lifted away from the ear. Counterintuitively, if you wish to make it MORE sensitive, you have to select LESS in the app, which just looks so amateur!A few weeks ago there was an update to the PX app, and an updated set of firmware for the 'phones. THESE DO NOT SEEM TO HAVE BEEN AN IMPROVEMENT!I updated the app, and then the firmware (to v1.10) more or less immediately after. I have since observed a number of changes to the way the 'phone behave, and none of them are for the better:-* The connection between IOS Device and the 'phones is now more difficult and less reliable. Frequently I need to go into the device's bluetooth settings and explicitly tell the device to connect to the 'phones. Sometimes this does not work the first time ....*. The 'phones now seem to prefer to connect to my Ipad rather than to my phone. And once connected they will now often start playing from my iTunes library - even though iTunes is not even running on the device! I don't know how or why this happens, but it is extremely annoying when actually I want to listen to a podcast on my iPhone! Again, the only way around this is first to disconnect one device, and then connect the other, using the bluetooth setup on each IOS device.* the 'phones sometimes spontaneously - and apparently randomly - disconnect from the device, and then, again apparently randomly, either reconnect, or connect to my other IOS device. If it connects to the iPad then sometimes the iTunes problem previously mentioned displayes itself. This behaviour Is, to me, quite unacceptable, and I will be taking it up with Bowers & Wilkins just as soon as I can find a way of contacting them - which in the UK at least seems to be no easy task!* the auto switch-off facility for the phones no longer works reliably, and I have twice now fully discharged the battery because I have not noticed that the 'phones have remained switched on (but not connected to any device!*. The phones now seem to have trouble in deciding which device they should be connected to, and often connect to the wrong one (which may be sleeping the time) instead of the device that is not asleep and may even be playing at the time!* The PX app now has far more trouble connecting to devices - see below.Since updating the PX App (which I did just before updating the PX 'phones' firmware) I have noticed its behaviour has changed was follows:-* The app now seems to be unable to connect to any IOS device without the device first being explicitly told to connect to it, and sometimes only after breaking an existing connection to that same device! This can apply even when it is already connected to, and playing sound from, an IOS device. Remember that it must go through this process *every* time you switch to the app's screen, so the app has become barely useful just through its inability to connect to the 'phones.I am significantly less happy with my PX 'phones since these updates, and in their present state they barely justify my 4-star rating. For the moment I leave it at that, without downgrading, because I know what these things are capable of, and despite my recent experiences I know the PX 'phones to be deeply impressive. I just hope that B&W sort these things out soon!

Meine Klangrangliste:Bowers PXSennheiser Momentum 2.0Beoplay H7Sony MDR 1000 / Panasonic 605 / M & D MW 60Audio Technica S5R BTH4 / Bose QC IISennheiser BT 4.40 / JBL BT 55Alles per BT !!

Faulty and possibly not a new product
Was really looking forward to these after being underwhelmed by the Sony 1000XM2's. Look great, really clamp down hard on your head though. A lot of people said that in reviews but I took it with a pinch of salt. In actual fact these are pretty uncomfortable. If the sound was incredible maybe I could put up with them while they break in. Unfortunately though the headphones I received were a dud. Wouldn't switch on, sent back to Amazon straight away. After much faffing around with Sony XM2's and now B&W PX's I'm just going to get myself a set of QC35ii's. You know what your getting with Bose...Update, I bought a 2nd pair and guess what these didn't work either. I thought that I must have been doing something wrong so had my cousin, who owns a pair, try. No luck. Another dud that won't turn on. I think these are actually the same pair I returned 2 weeks ago because there was no cellophane on the box.... I bought these as a brand new product so if this the case then poorly played Amazon....

Headphones to beat in 2018 in regards to sound quality
Worth every penny, let it play for over 300-350 hours to get maximum of the headphone sound. I use it on a daily basis for over 6-8 hours and they can hold up to 3 days depending if your gaming or listening to music.Arrived on time without any issues. In the price range in my opinion there is no better sound quality headphones.Highly recommended.
