LIXFDT Women's Sexy Timeless Garter Belt Metal Clip Six-Strap Suspender Belt for Stockings

Let's start with what I love: the straps are wide and well made, the metal adjustment clips are easy to use and hold their place even with tugging, the mesh material lays flat under even fitted dresses.What is terrible: the waistband is MUCH tighter than the rest of the material and cuts into me even on the very last hook closure while the rest of it is too big for me on the last closure, the front strap is WAY too long, even adjusted all the way up they just hang loose when my stockings are positioned correctly (and I have very long legs, I couldn't imagine how much worse it is for shorter women), and finally the garter clips appear well made and durable, however, the groove on the rubber piece that is supposed to slide into the metal clip is so shallow that it doesn't hold onto even the lowest denier stockings (there's no way these would hold up to opaque or cotton stockings). Thank goodness there are 6 clips total because when one snaps I MIGHT be able to make it to the bathroom at work to fix it before the other ones give way. Also, the ridiculous bows on the edge of the straps also make it impossible to wear under fitted dresses, even though the rest of the garment is smooth, but those can be removed easily enough with a seam ripper.

I bought it knowing that it might be a little small on me (5'8" 215 lbs), but it's a pretty good fit, just a little snug. The garter clips aren't flimsy and can hold a good grip!

So i got a warm knotted stockings that i thought would stay up but they didnt not whatsoever. I was looking for a sturdy garter belt that has a shape and it wouldnt be juat a flimsy piece of lace that would pull down when hooked. This piece is great. It has and holds the shape, it has great and quality snaps

It's very sturdy and grips the stockings well so that they stay up. It's big and covers a lot of the belly, which is good if you're trying to cover gut or stretch marks. But it's plain, not extremely sexy.

This garter belt is not only sexy and comfortable but it always works to hold up my hose. Many garter belts are only meant to be worn for a short term to show off in the bedroom. I have ordered multiples of these garter belts now to wear panty hose all day at work without worry of losing it!

If you wear heavy stockings (I have some opaque stockings which are thick) the clips are too small to clip to the stockings and hold them up. In addition the top is very stretchy and long and because of that has a tendency to roll over itself when you sit. I really like the idea of the six straps but my older belts like that had bigger clips and were able to deal with thicker stockings. Just be aware of the light duty of this garter belt.

I found this garter belt to look, fit, and feel absolutely how I was hoping (and as pictured). As a burlesque performer, I am a bit rough on my lingerie, and this is well made and holds up great! A great price for the product.
