PERFECT
This is my 4th steam iron after 3 returns of other brands and now I am fully satisfied. There are so many misleading reviews about this press that caused me delay in ordering it and I bought 3 wrong products before.Pros : Standard 5 amp small plug. Fair enough more than 1 meter long chord. Sturdy build, plastic is Good quality. sole plate is amazing. Max temperature is high enough for Linen, good steam output. Ideal weight, neither heavy, nor light and the water tank is dark but not blind. You can see the water level without torch. Do note ceramic sole plate of this press is superior and costlier than Terflon coated ones.Cons: Water tank is 180 ml which is slightly on the smaller side but good enough to press around 3-4 clothes only in one fillHow long will this last ? Its now been around 2 years and it's working perfectly.

Don't purchase as there is no warrenty provided by brand
I bought an iron in October 2021, and it has completely stopped working now. Fortunately, it's still under a two-year warranty. My first point of contact was Amazon, where they directed me to seek warranty support from the manufacturer. Unfortunately, Black+Decker, a brand not widely known for home appliances in India, doesn't have a service center here. I've made multiple attempts to contact them through various channels, but I haven't received any response.I've also communicated this issue to Amazon, but it seems they are reluctant to assist in this case. I've called them more than 20 times, and each time, they assure me that the issue has been escalated. However, there doesn't appear to be any significant progress behind the scenes.Based on my experience, I strongly advise against purchasing products from this brand.

Amazing iron.
I’ve been using Black & Decker steam iron since more than 15 years. Just upgraded to a new one. But it’s efficiency is simply amazing. Lovely product to have at home. I wished they could also have a mini travel iron of the same brand on this app.
