The Himalayan Yogi Night Recovery for Enhanced Repair, Detox and Healing of Mind and Body, Sleep

I felt very warm and slept comfortably after taking this product. Taste is very good and the blend of herbs definitely have an effect on you. But I am reducing one star because one day I was unable to take it at nighttime and was unable to sleep. Moreover I felt light headed the entire next day. So it might be addictive. That causes Suspicion of chemical usage. Currently writing this review with a disprin. I will still give it a shot. Maybe my headache is for another reason.

Great product, I have to say. I am usually a very restless sleeper and the nights I have consumed Himalayan Yogi night recovery powder, I have slept through like a baby, with barely any disturbance.However, it could just be me, I might be taking a bit more than what is recommended, at times, the next day, I end up feeling a bit sleepy through out. I am yet to reduce the dosage and see how that goes.But overall, a great product and what more can you ask - it’s thoroughly natural.

What seems like a good product is totally disappointing with absolutely no customer care. I’ve tried mailing them without response and the phone number is wrong.I get a lightheaded ness in the head and my heartbeat also increases after consuming this. I wanted a clarification from them and also assurance that their is no other ingredient then mentioned and why these effects as another person felt them too here. But alas they’re not interested in building customers...

Am sleeping without alcohol now

I had absolutely no effect on my sleep. It tastes fine but has no significant affect or improve sleep quality. I would suggest not to buy it!

Absolutely fantastic product... I feel quite positive n relaxed after using this.

Good for health. Calms your mind. Follow it with pranayama gives better results.
