Great product - increase in new hairs growing
My hair has been falling out an awful lot, after getting my bloods tests my iron levels came back very low, I was told by a tricoligist that for optimum levels for hair growth that your levels need to be around 70 (mine was 12). I have been taking this product for just over 4 months 3 x tablets each day. So far I have full eyebrow growth...believe me...since my teen years my eyebrows have always been very sparse that I have had to fill in the gaps but I now have thick full brows that I don't really even need to pencil them in! In regards to my hair shedding, I'm still losing hairs however in the leaflet it does state that you need to take the supplements for 6-9 months and then if it doesn't stop you should go back to your doctor as it could be another reason it is falling out. So far I have noticed lots of new baby hairs coming through all over...so the ones I'm shedding are being replaced it looks like! Good news! even though my hair looks messy as I have spikes of hair coming through I am super pleased! You do notice that your energy levels are increased I no longer feel any fatigue like I used to....this was a hinderance during the first 2-3 weeks as I couldn't sleep with all the extra energy however after a while your body adjusts! The hair that isnt shedding is growing alot quicker as well as my nails! I'll updated this review when i hit the 6 or 9 month mark!
