I have been using this product for a couple of days and am highly satisfied with my purchase.It works as expected. It is effective in liver detoxification, so if you have any liver problems this might help.I don't have anything like that but this also helps in keeping the liver healthy which is extremely important!Another thing, it has also taken care of a few of my digestive problems.So, it has made me more healthier and I definitely recommend this product!

Milk Thistle capsules were quite effective. However the count inside the sealed bottle was only 30 instead of 60 as claimed by Kayo co. Although I did not count when I opened the bottle, but it lasted only for 30 days as I consumed one capsule each day.

I started getting stomach pain after using this. Not sure what is been added. Thankfully, the stomach pain went away after stopped consuming this. Not recommended.

I don't know what is inside the capsules, should probably get it tested to see the actual contents. Had no beneficial effect.

Milk Thistle benefit work by drawing toxins out of the body. It is good for fatty liver problem and for prevention of any other general liver deseases. Value for money. I highly recommend. I was quite skeptic to use this supplement but it improved my overall well-being. Liver, indigestion, weight loss and a very good antioxidant. It a geniune review and should try once atleast. This company really woorking hard to make geniune supplements.
