Ingredients: Potato starch,Veg. oil, salt, maltodextrin, color E150, wheat flour sugar, flavor enhancers E621, E635, emulsifier #322, contains soya, herb and spice extracts, onion extracts. Salt per 100 grams is 4.92 grams. Each 50 ml portion contains 15 calories, 0.5g sugar, fat 0.6g, salt 0.46g. Use 4 heaping tsp of granules in measuring cup add 1/2 pint boil water stirring all the time. For extra thick add more granules. These measurements you will have to convert. I just for the 2 of us use a 1 cup measuring glass and add 4-5 tsp as we like our gravy thick. If I am doing a roast I add this gravy to my Heinz gravy with onions and mushrooms. Very tasty. 13 , but it depends how you make it . quite frankly if you are looking for a low calorie gravy , this is not for you. I make it to taste . everybody is different . Evidently you are not European .Its better than any American gravy mixture, ours has way too much salt

Brilliant that I can order my Bisto abroad!

DELICIOUS!!

LOVE this gravy mix!!! I use it mostly for beef stew. It makes a thick, luscious dark beef gravy. I just wish they didn't have to import it from England. Over there it's the equivalent of $2-3 here. But it's worth it and I never have to worry about lumps!
