KNOW LIMITATIONS OF PRODUCT UTILITY SOLD ?

It appears you have sent an imported DVD . In the DVD set , when attempted to play, display appears ' WRONG REGION '. It needs an expert to change the " REGION ". Only authorized service center's help is a must and they charge more than DVD 'S cost.Some time back it happened with JAMES BOND's movies DVD'S also , which I bought in AMAZON.
