PillowPaws Terries Slip Resistant Socks X-LARGE (TAN) (6 pairs)

We like these. I purchased them after my husband's knee replacement recovery is taking longer than anticipated. These are of good quality and I like that they are beige so that they can be washed with the towels. I didn't give them 5 stars because they only had the grippers on one side, so that if they twist during the night, they need to be adjusted before walking with them.

I thought that pillowpaws had tread on both sides - these do not. Picture seems to hide this fact unless you look more carefully than I did. While it doesn't say double sided it also doesn't say single sided. Buyer beware.

The quality and non-skid soles of these socks are excellent. However, they are much shorter than I anticipated. I purchased the XL size for my husband, who is 6'5" and wears size 13 shoes. They barely cover his feet. I do realize that size 13 is a large size! But I would have thought that an adult XL would be large enough to fit.

I've purchased PillowPaws skid resistant socks before, in XXL (grey) and was very pleased.I decided to order a smaller size for my grandson but they didn't offer them in grey.I was disappointed in the quality of this order, though they are still comfy.I wear the 3 pair of irregular sizes and gave him the better 3 pairs.I won't order from this vendor again.

Wears well, retains shape, launders well BUT shrinks a bit more than I would prefer. This means they are somewhat harder to put on a non-helping person. Not a bust but less shrinkage would certainly up this rating. I normally launder with very warm, but not really HOT water.

I gave this 4 and not 5 stars. I was expecting tread only on the bottom as depicted in the picture. Not the vendors fault. These have tread top and bottom. Yet they are comfy here in Maine while the house is getting colder.

I wanted the double print but must have ordered the single by error.

These are good quality but they run small. My shoe size is 8 1/2 and these X-Large just fit. Next time I'll order XX-Large
