I have high hopes for this one - it's only $9.99 and allows volume and pause control which the $12.99 version doesn't per Amazon rep. I can't charge my phone and listen with my non-rechargeable QC25's without it, which means taking multiple rechargeable headsets on an all day hike. This device and a battery makes possible listening to music without disturbing the silence for other hikers. I .bought 2 just in case but if this one lasts, I'll still treasure the spare just in case... I freely admit waiting for this one to arrive was a painful interval. Glad it arrived quickly!

Charges and listen to music on head phones with no issues.

Worked for a few days and then it music started cutting in and out and charging/not charging. Waste of my money.

This worked fine at first, but after a few months it started getting touchy and not working consistently. Now it doesn’t work at all :/

Okay product. The sounds can be weird sometimes and requires you to place the cord just right to prevent crackling noice.
