We had to replace our existing pool after 24 years . My two sons and I did it in about 4 hours after tearing the old one down. The parts all went together perfectly and the quality is great for the price. We ordered on amazon and received the pool in 4 days, The liner and skimmer came separate in 5 days.

Would be nice if it came with regular printed instructions. But all in all no complaints. Great pool. Enjoying it. Thank you.

Rating -ZERO!!! RUN DO NOT WALK DO NOT ENGAGE!! WARRANTY IS USELESSBy far the worst customer service ever. I Bought a pool in 2016 for $5800, one of the walls rusted in 2018. The retailer replaced it in 2019, The replacement pool I received from the retailer in 2019, now having the same issue the walls rusting through Wilbar is telling me that they use the purchase date of the 2016 pool for a warranty claim. This limits their financial liability. A pool they know of 2 years old (their warranty will replace inside 2 years) is being rated as 4 years old the most ridiculous thing I have ever heard of. It's very simple, the same defect, the same remedy should be applied but they are blind to the facts. They admit the defect but keep telling I purchased it in 2016 because the 2019 pool was not purchased. They hide behind the warranty, which was not shared with me till after I made my claim My head is spinning, The fact they admit it infuriates me, they have no competition, they bought and own all the AG pool market in USA.My total current investment is $7800 ( $1000 each to install) they now want me to pay $ 2000 for the walls that they know are defective I'll be in for $10,800 on a $5800 pool that will rust in 2 years, mind you the pool has a 50-year warranty, Wilbar will cover the pool for only the first 2 years, then 50% if you're lucky after that. This is clearly a manufactures defect and they refuse to take responsibility and replace it. When a company will only stand behind their product for 2 years, of a 50-year warranty, it's clear to me, they are aware that their product is defective made with inferior materials They replaced the pool in 2016 that was 2 years old because it was a manufacturing defect, the current pool is in the 2-year window, they admitted the 2016 pool and admit that this replacement pool is a defect, but they are only willing to recognize the purchase date of the 2016 pool, and telling me we are 4 years in, so they will pro-rate 60% defining a 2-year-old pool as 4 years old based on the 2016 purchase date of the 1st defective pool/admitting this is a defect, but referencing the terms of a warranty they send after you submit your claim.BEWARE- Wilbar is now the largest supplier of cheap steel wall pools in the country.
