For the price I can’t beat it. I bought this for my father-in-law to develop leg and arm strength. The fact that it has a digital counter that keeps counting and doesn’t zero out after putting it away gave great incentive to reach a goal he set. He uses it on the dining table for his arms and on the floor from his wheelchair for his legsIt’s very easy to extend and snap in place. No assembly is required. The cost was so low we couldn’t go wrong to try it. It was a great buy!

It slides around if you don't use it on carpet.

For the price, this product is perfect for "light" exercise for your legs and arms. The only thing that I wish I would have done was purchase a mat to be placed under to limit movement. As someone who has exercised my entire life, I assumed the rubber feet at the bottom would be plenty for my wood/tiled floors. If you're using this on a carpeted floor, I imagine you would be fine without the mat.

I like it. There’ was no assembly and it it is very easy to use.
