So, it's not instant, but it does work. It also helps to turn frozen stuff over about every half hour to an hour and run it under the faucet each time. I would like one that's about 2-3 times this size if that exists. The tray underneath really is helpful in catching juice, especially chicken. I place mine on a towel on the counter in case there's any frozen product hanging off the side that I don't notice. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great product when you're in a rush!!! *by J***. on Reviewed in the United States on September 6, 2018* This is a fantastic product especially if you run a busy household where you need your meals/meats, etc. thawed quickly! Countless times I can recall scrambling to unfreeze something and then partially destroying dinner as a result... this is a definite solution. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ worked better than i thought *by 3***_ on Reviewed in the United States on August 23, 2018* I got this as a gift for a friend and we tried it out, it worked better than we thought. we weren't sure what to expect with the whole craze, but it totally worked! I'm gonna be ordering one for myself now.
