Great alternative to TV speakers
This is basically a soundbar-shaped Bluetooth speaker. This is kind of perfect for what I wanted. I basically wanted speakers for a TV in a back room. It doesn’t have to be fancy, but better than the TV speakers.Having the speakers pointing toward you (as opposed to the floor or back wall) is a big benefit to hearing the sound clearly. The speakers sound great, haven’t used them for music, but for my use they are perfect. Sound is clear, detailed and projects well. Also, they are inexpensive. The inputs are not suited for surround sound or deep bass (no subwoofer), but fit my needs. I bet it sounds better as a Bluetooth speaker sitting closer to you on a desk playing music.

Great product!!!
I have a RCA televisión and the remote will not set properly allowing for volume control. I have the set-up in my home office near my PC so it is in reach and doesn’t bother me too much. When I sit on the other side of the office though it annoys a bit but the speaker is so worth it that I try to ignore the remote issue. The sound is AMAZING! It’s Wireless wifi and Bluetooth so I use it with my TV and Apple cell phone. Has excellent sound and range.Update: I still absolutely love this product. I take it with me now when I move away from my television so the sound is where I am. This is an awesome device. It’s basically a Bluetooth speaker. I take it outside when I Sit on my front porch and want to relax with come good music from my cell phone. I’ve already recommended it to my teenage son who just purchased his first television for his room. It’s amazing. Definitely go out and get you one.

Step up to the Sound BAR
I recently ordered this Tewell Sound Bar to check out what kind of sound this produced compared to my budget 2 speaker set up. My order came on time and there were no packaging issues. After I received the order I opened the box and found 3 different cables and a small piece of paper with instructions that tough to read. You really won't need them as this proved to be very easy to set up and use. You get a RCA cable, a USB and a lineout cable . You may not have a need for the RCA cable but its nice that they included it. I did use the USB cable to connect to my power module to charge it. It did not take long, about 20 minutes on initial charge. I powered the speaker up and heard the tone and then turned on bluetooth on my phone and it connected with no issue. I then tried it on my Ipod Touch and got a bluetooth connection with no problems. I played music from both devices and was surprised at the sound though at max volume there was some distortion with some heavy bass music. I then used the line in cable to connect it to my laptop and I played a movie and a variety of music and some videos which all sounded good. I again turned up to max volume and there was some slight distortion but most of the sound still came across better than I expected. The charge on the speaker lasted on average close to 5 hours and was pretty consistent overall, which was about 6 charges. I know over time that will go down as the charge on the speaker will not be able to maintain that duration as with other charged devices. When that time comes you can always connect to your power using the usb cable. Overall I like the portability of the speaker. It connected quickly to my phone and ipod with no bluetooth connection issues. I was surprised by the sound and how loud it was able to produce it without much distortion. Its a great value if your on a budget and it does not take up a lot of space.

Little confusing on directions, great sound when installed
Took more of an IT person to get this up and running. Instructions are useless and nothing online to help a novice. I was almost going to return until my son found the correct input hole in the back of my PC to get it working. The sound is great, size is awesome, and the cord connections are long enough. I have my monitor about 3 feet away from my PC. Using it only as a wired connection 24/7, not blue tooth, so cannot talk about that or battery life unplugged. I am very happy with the sound, the mixer on it, and the size is perfect to fit under my monitor table. It is powered through a USB cable which is nice.Giving it a 4.5 stars because of confusing hookup, but rounding up to 5 stars. If manufacturer reads these reviews, perhaps they can put a real instruction page in the box vs a 2" piece of useless information on how to use this in a variety of setups with diagrams.

Does not work (bluetooth) with my Insignia TV.
I have an Insignia 55" TV with Amazon Fire TV built in. I have had no issue connecting other bluetooth devices including other speakers to it, but this soundbar absolutely will not connect (pair) to it. It is able to see it in pairing mode, but when you attempt to actually pair the devices, it simply returns an error saying "Pairing not successful."I was able to pair it with my phone just fine, and was able to hear the sound quality that way. I also physically connected it via the headphone jack to my TV and was able to get sound out of it, though it seemed that the maximum volume may have been a bit too low , so I wouldn't recommend it as a replacement for actual home theater speakers or a larger, non-portable soundbar. Otherwise, the sound production was crisp and clear, no static or anything of that sort, just a bit quiet for me.The soundbar looks beautiful, very sleek and clean to its appearance. I'm fairly disappointed that this won't work for my intended purpose for it.So tl;dr - Does not connect to my Insignia TV via bluetooth, may not connect to yours. Sound quality is good, but might be a bit too quiet. Looks good and should fit well with your decor unless you're an all-white-everything kinda person.
