Good replacements, easy to use. Not sure of the wear, don't wear my heels often enough, but saved me over $100 in heel repair costs at shoe place.

Who needs a shoe shop to replace a simple heel when you can buy this type of product and do it yourself for pennies.I've purchased several pair of shoes where wearing them just once, the caps came out. These shoe shops, they see you coming. The first thing they tell you is that they have to replace both of the heel caps in a pair of shoes even if there's only one missing. How is this possible if a pair of shoes is spanking brand new? It's a racket to take advantage of the customer.I found these heel caps on Amazon, and it took me a couple of minutes to replace the heel cap using a little super glue. The only thing I needed to do was take a little paint and touch up the heel.Women need to take control and do a little research and save themselves money before running to a shoe shop. You end up paying more for shoe repair than the original cost of the pair of shoes.Be creative and proactive financially.

Ummmm. this product is not as advertised. Kiwi is an internationally respected brand. If these shoe tips are genuinely Kiwi, I'll eat my leather pump. The package, on arrival, consisted of six tips--three different sizes, none marked or identified, in a piece of 8 x 10 paper stapled to form an envelope. I don't have high hopes for quality or longevity. This is a crappy way to do business.

The sizes of the assorted heel tips were 8mm, 10mm and 12mm.I didn't have trouble removing the old heel tips from my shoes - but both pairs were "cheap" no-brand shoes, so maybe if they had been more expensive and better made, I would not have been able to repair them myself. These heel tips tapped right into the holes in the heels and I think they'll do just fine.

I thought it will have more sizes, but overall ok. it is good value for what the item cost me.

I was really excited to purchase this product because of the great deal and taking your shoes in can be fairly expensive. But it always better to fix the tip then throw away perfectly good shoes, it still cost less then the shoe. anyways my husband has fixed my shoes before and he did a really great job. when this product arrived I was so excited to be able to were my boots again... OR NOT. The plast cracked in half as soon as the tips were pushed in and when my husband tried to pull it back out the metal also cracked off the remaining of the plastic tip. This product is cheaply made. I had to go back to my shoe repair man and he was able to fix them for me and get out the metal that snapped off inside the little hole. Horrible waiste of money and time. But my shoe is fixed :) no thanks to this product.
