This works great for my core of a Christmas tree dress. It holds up to the weight of the garland pretty well! Elastic waistband stretches pretty well for fitting lots of different sized bodies. Would recommend.

I was trying to create a Christmas tree mannequin using this garment and it came out beautiful. I just used 11 9 ft garlands and some zip ties. Very easy to create

Made for a cute costume, fair price and decent structural durability. Very voluminous and long, but you could easily just pin up one of the tiers if needed. It’s pretty simple and customizable! Quick set up and easy to put away! Just got to twist it into a figure eight (think infinity sign) and anyone can fold it right up!The material used in holding the pieces together was not very strong and after a little while, there were some rips and tears in the cage. It’s not super noticeable though and easily mendable.Good price and exactly what you pay for!

Well made made but the waist line was very very very very small

I purchased this to go under a Tudor gown. I wear an 18 to 20 us size jeans. The waist is a touch tight but it does fit and will work perfect.

Was a skeptic at first because this arrived scrunched up in a smallish package. But as soon as I released it from its shackles, the pannier sprung into a poofy, larger-than-life circle that was three times its original size. It was the perfect length and diameter too!The waistband is stretchy and will accommodate different sizes. I may reinforce some of the bands, but am satisfied with the quality overall.

The media could not be loaded.  My daughter is 5'2" so we bought the one for 5'1"-5'3". The length is perfect. The flow is perfect as you can see in the video. The waist seemed like it might be a little tight but it had plenty of room without squishing.Perfect, especially for 1 night and for the price!

So far I am happy with this product. I am a US size XL and the waistband is a little snug even though the product is supposed to be one size fits all. I am very happy with the overall size of the skirt itself but the fabric connecting the hoops is pretty flimsy so I will have to add fabric so it has enough support for a full skirt and wont snap easily. If you are looking for a very sturdy hoop skirt, this is not the one. But overall I am happy with it for the price.
