I received the package on sheduled time (1day for prime) in good condition. The box is strong enough and nice with bamboo wood. Everything inside is organized and intact, not damage. But there is no guidline on how to use 2 white flat circle stones and a small bag of some little colorful stones. I really don’t know what to do with those?I like the product and the box. Everything satisfied. The thick stones keep warm for long. Tiny and thin stones for foot are prety fast reduce its heat.

Not too bad. The only problems I have is that the actual box has no dividers, the stones are divided by the shipping styrophome and you don’t get all the stones that are pictured. On a good note... You do get decent quality stones and there are plenty of them inside. There’s no instructions on which stones to use for what but if you’re just starting out, you can play around with them and see what works best. The box was in good condition although not as pictured (there was no decoration on the top nor were there wooden dividers as I said above) but there’s no handle to carry it with. I think a handle would be a great touch considering the weight of the box but for the price, it’s unbeatable!

This is my second time ordering these stones. They work great for my massage business. I love the size of the stones and the shape is prefect. The 4 cold stones are much cheaper looking this time, I'm not sure they are marble and my nice box that they came in was broke in half which I was looking forward to using. I'm sure that was a shipping issue though.

Have only used these a couple times in the few days since I received the package. So far I am extreamly pleased with the stones. They do take a little longer to heat up than other stones I have but also hold the temp for much longer than exspected.All the stones are quite smooth and ready to use out of the box with minimal prep. A quick cleaning and into the warmer they went.

I just received the stones today. Except for the wooden box n 4 white stones. The black stones looked scratched, dirty n smell of herbs.Is this not supposed to be a new set?I am so disappointed.* I tried the 3 big big stones & 2 medium stones 8 toes stones a few days after the purchase. They are alright to use, serve their purpose of warming up the feet.

Pretty okay set for somebody starting off but there was no description of each stones use in the box. In some hot stone boxes there are descriptions for each stone use. Helps for someone brand new to hot stones and newly lincensed.

LOVE the stones! The bamboo box falls apart, though...and not even at the hinges. The actual glued bamboo slats break apart from each other 😤

Absolutely love this product! I have searched for about 6 months trying to find the right set of stones for myself and my clients and when I found these I was thrilled! When they arrived they were in perfect condition and came in a nice wooden box for storage. I’m very happy with this purchase!

Just learned how to use hot stones with massage at work and wanted my own set to practice with and use for home treatments. Package arrived promptly and very well packaged; also, all stones was packed into the bamboo box shown with other similar stone sets sold by this company, which I wasn't really expecting. Stones are exactly as described/shown and they seem well made. Very smooth and they hold heat well. I am very happy with my purchase and will have fun using them!

The stones are great. Sizing is good and the shaping is nice. Only thing I can complain about is the fact that the beautiful bamboo box it came in was completely cracked, both the top and bottom, so useless.

box arrived cracked at the top, 1 white stone chipped upon arrival and when I opened the parcel most of the stones were out of the bamboo box. I have yet to try these stones I am not sure how to fit all the stones in the bamboo box and the clasp does not see secure enough. I need the hot stones for work and will keep them and learn to like working with them.

Great products! Just wished the biggest 2 stone in this picture were little more thick and little more large. With free shipping it was a steal!
