High quality material, you will sweat a lot in it
Super high quality. It makes me sweat a lot when I wear it which makes me feel like I am really getting rid of all the toxins in my body. I don't actually feel that hot in it but when I remove it I'm sweating. I really like this product. Highly recommend it.

I am a large and got the X large. Get the XX large.
I didn't like the arms of the vest was a tiny bit small. The rest of the vest was ok. I loved after I got the vest on it was ok to wear. I was soaked with sweat in 2 hours. I got my shower and felt like a million bucks! Love it!

Works
Started walking every morning with my neighbor and wasn't breaking a sweat only breathing hard. When I ordered this vest I am drenched in sweat by the time I make it back to my door. I have only been using it for a week now so I will update on if I'm losing inches. Although it wasn't purchased with this intention, since it's getting colder outside it does help to keep me warm because I'm maintaining my body heat. So it so far has served a dual purpose.

Poor quality
I am usually a size 6 or S/M, I ordered the medium just in case so it wouldn't be too tight. This thing was ridiculously small. I still got it to zip up, and tried to wear. Before I left home to go to the gym the seams on my right arm were coming apart. They were sown with very little material. I had to take it off because the entire arm was going to fall off If I went to the gym with it. So, I couldn't even use it once! This is a rip off for over 20 dollars. If I was still in the States I would send it back and demand my money back, but we live overseas for part of the year. Don't buy it!

It’s horrible!!!!!!!!!
I wear a 12 pants and a medium shirt and an xl was just a bit too small!! The sleeves are as always too short to cover the whole upper arm which defeats the purpose of having sleeves!! It’s still too short in the abdomen to actually cover top to bottom- which them trying to slim that area is not being done properly.Wore it one day and I had a rash under my arms- lower arms would fall asleep occasionally because of how tight and high the sleeves were. And it ripped open down one seam

Not made of neoprene!!!
The description clearly says made out of neoprene and polyester. The tag on the item I received says it’s polyester and spandex. False advertising. It did fit but the arm were alittle tight. I will be sticking to my waist band. Will be returning!!
