I’ve tried losing weight through diets and constant working out, but I feel like I don’t lose as much as I should for all the work I put into it. For example I would only limit myself to a certain amount of carbs and would spend like 3 hours in the gym trying to workout, but at the end of the week I only ended up lose a pound. I weigh almost 200 pounds so a pound isn’t much of a help. My gym friend had lipozin in his bag and he said that it’s been helping him to target his fat areas. Granted he is much thinner than me I wasn’t sure if it would work for my body type. I gave the bottle a try and I could feel a huge boost in my energy. The bottle last me 10 days and by the end of my first week I was able to lose 5 and half pounds. It felt good seeing my hard work pay off and now I’m back to buy another bottle for myself.
