Awesome and quiet, but must deck out whole build
Watched a comparison video on youtube with these, and I agree with the analysis. These work absolutely great for my build and will drop temps and stay mostly quiet, but you must do your whole build, (intake and exhaust) in order to take advantage of the design's intent! Highly recommend.

Very Quiet Fans
Built a new desktop and bought 4 of these. They are very quiet, no leds, yay! Only issue are the mounting screws. I needed to add some washers in order to prevent the screw heads from disappearing into the rubber grommets.

Quiestest fan you can get that isn't brown.
I was a bit hesitant to get this fan since I've heard it is noisy if there is anything obstructing the front side of the blades. However, to my surprise my Phanteks Halos barely increased the noise profile at normal operating RPMS (<1000). These fans are so damn quiet. The bearing noise is virtually nonexistent at low RPM. Even my Corsair ML fans were noisier. They don't have the peak static pressure some other fans have, but in terms of noise to performance, they are terrific. The modular fan cables are also a bonus for those looking to do custom length cables. Overall, if you are doing a high end water cooled build or just want a great case fan, I would highly consider these. The price is on the premium end (but certainly not the highest) but you are getting a premium product. Also, they look great with RGB Halos on them.

Wrong picture, you will receive a 120mm black eloop.
Both pictures that they show are wrong (which is a good thing) they are in fact 120mm fans. It shows 140mm fans in the pictures which I was worries about but I did receive 120mm black eloop. The fan itself is just plain great, compared it to my nf f12 and at exactly the same noise level it blew way more air. It was about 400 rpm difference at the same noise level as my nf f12. AMAZING fan. Can't wait to get my other 8 that I bought.

Noise reduction
If you are hoping to reduce the level of noise your fans make these fans are definitely what you are looking for. I have not tested noise level or anything of that sort. But i replaced my AIO fan's which where some old corsair 120 mm's and the noise coming from my pc has reduced significantly!

The only fans you should ever buy.
These fans are stupid quiet. I'm using them with a Hardware Labs Black Ice Nemesis 480GTS Radiator, and I run them at a constant 50% speed, I've never seen my water temp get above 34c under load with a 7700k at 5.0ghz and a 2130 mhz oc 2080 super. Quietest system I have ever built.

Very poor quality fan, failed in less than 1 month
I would give this ZERO STARS if I could.I bought three of these fans to expel air out of my PC case, out the front of a Corsair Air Carbide 540. As replacements for the two 1500 rpm Corsair 140mm ( which are always reliable, goes without saying) fans that came with the case. The middle fan, of the three I bought from this company, "Noiseblocker NB e-Loop Fan B12-PS Black Edition" started making a strange humming noise, so I pulled off the cover, pulled off the magnetic dust filter, put my ear up to it and then put my finger on the blades to stop it so I could see if that was the fan making the noise. It was, the fan seized up, blades would no longer turn, the blades LOCKED, I unstuck them with my index finger after I pulled it out of the case completely and it wobbled when I shook it gently, so bingo, I had my culprit.Fortunately I had a reliable 4 pin Corsair 120mm replacement, so I swapped the two out and tossed the "Noiseblocker" p.o.s. into the garbage can. That's more than 20 bucks I threw in the waste basket and now I'm worried about the other two I still have in my case because both are starting to make that same sound, which means I will probably end up throwing more than 60 dollars in the trash.I ordered two 2000 rpm heavy duty 4-pin 140mm NOCTUAs to replace this 'German GARBAGE', either the Germans are slipping in that vaunted legendary reputation for reliability when it comes to manufacturing products or they outsourced this p.o.s. to China.Do not buy these fans, they are total trash. I will never buy any other brands except for Noctua or Corsair. Never had a problem with either of those brands. Never.

These Are Great
I swapped them out for the Cooler Master Silencio fan on my Hyper 212 Black and the NZXT case fan I was using and I've got better temps at much lower noise levels. Totally worth the money.

Quietness without the loss of performance.
I bought two of these so they could replace two noisy mains-voltage fans in a server rack; what a difference it made!At their minimum speed, they are almost impossible to hear, even at a distance of 20cm, but you can still feel air moving through them.
